Bee & D Consultant, a newly established Company, is a Sole Proprietorship and 100% owned by Dr. Beverley Harris a Retired Disabled Veteran, US Air Force. She is an experienced Aerospace Engineer, Air Traffic Controller, Lead Engineer & Program Manager, University Professor, a Government Contract Specialist, and a New Jersey Public Notary.

Bee & D Consultant has no history as it is a newly formed Company by Dr. Harris. She was inspired to create this Company after hearing some of the problems and unfair treatments that her family and friends (of West Indian origin) in the local area have experienced because of their lack of understanding of basic government services, other needed services and the governing regulations that affect their daily lives.

As a result, the Company has spanned its services to encompass High Technical to Basic Miscellaneous consulting services, availing itself to meet many of these individuals' needs.

Dr. Harris' wide range of experience helps in making the span of services unique but she also recognizes and accepts the challenges that Bee & D Consultant must overcome in order to be successful as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).

With a consistent track record of success in achieving a broad range of goals throughout her career; Military, U.S. Federal Government, and civilian environment, Dr. Beverley Harris offers the leadership and skill that will benefit this Company.

Her experience as a Aerospace Engineer (Spacelab Operations, Shuttle Maintenance Operations, Shuttle Facility Design Engineering, & NAVAIDS System Engineering),

Air Traffic Controller (All aspect including at a Supervisor level), Program Management (State Government road maintenance), Government Contract Specialist ( from cradle to grave contracting), and University Professor (Online and classroom) will certainly show the success of the Company in the near future.

Overall Experience: She has demonstrated her ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments. She possesses strong technical and business qualifications with an impressive track record of more than 25 years of hands-on experience in aerospace engineering, strategic planning, business unit development, project and product management, and system engineering strategies.
